POLICY EXCHANGE - RETURN

HOANG QUAN JSC done barter, delivery and refunds for customers in the following cases:

1. Wrong types of goods, such as customer models order..
2. The goods are not enough, not enough of such in order.
3. The goods had been smashed, breakage occurs during the shipping ...
4. Substandard goods technical fault of the manufacturer.

Conditions return / exchange: Goods change - Returns must be intact, complete parts, packaging, invoices and vouchers ... and recovery procedures VAT invoice and goods according to regulations.
 

NOTE:

1. Please check the goods and signed with employee status of delivery upon receipt of goods. 2. The change - of delivery, repairs will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the supplier, manufacturer, or an authorized warranty provider, which manufacturers.

HOANG QUAN do not accept change - the delivery:

1. You want to change the types and models but do not before notice and agreement.
2. You are free to tear or missing packaging, scratched, dented distortion, breakage, missing parts ...
3. You operate improperly instructions of goods damage.
4. You fail to strictly comply the regulations as required for entitlement warranty.
5. You've checked and the reception status of goods but no response within 24 hours from the time of signature on delivery.
6. Goods do not have all the accompanying documents such as buying invoices, warranty ...
