WARRANTY POLICY

PRODUCT WARRANTY PROVISIONS

1. All products HOANG QUAN JSC distribution are warranted by the regulations of the manufacturer.
2. Time there to fix the problem within 4 hours from the receipt of the notification of the customer.
3. Warranty 1 for 1 in the first 12 months. Replacing accessories 100% genuine new for the next 12 months. There are similar products in warranty timeout (in case of replacement accessories).
4. The cost of repairs after the warranty duration has always been  HOANG QUAN JSC supports the low or free.
5. Supports 40% of new replacement products, 50 ~ 70% of the cost of repairs after the warranty.

FREE WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1. Products still in the warranty time.
2. Products damaged due to the fault of the manufacturer.
3. Serial numbers and sealed stamp on the product must be intact, not patchwork, not torn, scraped edit or paste an override by any other stamp.
4. Serial number on the product and warranty card must match identical.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS NOT FREE (NO WARRANTY)

1. Products end of warranty time.
2. Serial number or stamp on the product warranty is not intact.
3. Warranty card is not valid: Not enough information recording, erasing or modifying the information on the coupon.
4. Products damaged due to natural disasters or accidents such as fire, lightning, windstorm, flood, improper use as guidance, not suitable power source, due to impact breakage, stain, rust , corrosion due to poor storage, liquid spills, insects invade, dirt ...
